What was amazing was watching a group of kids resolve an issue (that seemed overwhelming at first) with the facilitation of Karen Gimnig.
It was magical to watch how fast the kids settled into the process, and how unflinchingly honest they were, and how relatively quickly it was resolved, and how satisfied they were with the resolution.
